What a Pro approval link is
Creating a link stores a versioned snapshot of the document as it stood, hashes it, and shares that fixed record with the client. Later edits to your working document do not change what the client reviewed.
What typed approval is not
A typed name and explicit consent record the client's acknowledgement and audit evidence in ChangeOrderKit. It is not represented as a cryptographic or universally qualified electronic signature.
How billing works
Checkout happens on an external payment page. ChangeOrderKit does not process payments, collect deposits, or hold client funds, and the app stores no card details. Checkout is an outbound link only; it does not switch an account to Pro automatically yet.
What Free never loses
Generating, copying, downloading, and printing are never restricted by plan. If a Free account is already over the cloud-save limit, every existing document stays available to view, edit, export, archive, reopen, and delete.
